In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the es77 website, mobile-optimised interface, and all associated services accessible at es77.io.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by you on the Platform.
• "Player" / "You" means any individual who has registered a valid Account on the Platform.
• "es77" / "We" / "Us" means the operator of the Platform and all associated services.

Each Player may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You must promptly update your Account information if any of these details change.

Account registration is subject to our KYC process. es77 may request the following documents at any stage, including prior to processing a withdrawal:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months).

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

es77 will never request your password via live chat, email, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from es77 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

In the event that you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must contact our 24/7 support team immediately so that your Account can be secured. es77 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

All Account sessions are protected by TLS 1.3 encryption. Automatic idle session timeouts are applied after a period of inactivity as an additional security measure.

All deposits on es77 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform currently supports the following deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Deposits are credited to your Account instantly upon successful confirmation from the payment provider.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no upper limit on individual deposits, though large deposits may trigger additional verification checks under our KYC procedures.

• You may only deposit using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• es77 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which es77 accepts no responsibility.
• If a deposit is credited to your Account in error, you must notify our support team immediately. You may not use funds that have been credited erroneously, and such funds may be reversed without notice.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, in compliance with anti-money-laundering best practices. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. es77 targets processing of all approved withdrawals within 15 minutes during normal operating conditions.

All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Accounts that have not completed KYC may have withdrawal requests held pending the submission and review of the required documentation. es77 strongly recommends completing KYC verification promptly after registration to avoid delays.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods registered in your own name. Withdrawal requests to third-party accounts will be declined.
• es77 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly where large amounts are involved or where unusual account activity has been detected.
• Where a withdrawal is delayed due to technical issues outside es77's control (for example, payment provider downtime), es77 will not be held liable for the delay but will endeavour to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
• Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable Wagering Requirement are not eligible for withdrawal and will be removed from your Balance if a withdrawal is requested before the requirement is fulfilled.

From time to time, es77 offers promotions, bonuses, free bets, and other incentives to registered Players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

• Bonuses are only available to Players who have a fully verified Account in good standing.
• Wagering Requirements must be fulfilled before Bonus Funds can be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement will be stated clearly in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bets placed on certain game types or markets may contribute at a reduced rate — or not at all — towards Wagering Requirements. Contribution rates are detailed in each promotion's terms.
• es77 reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or amend any promotion at any time and without prior notice, subject to obligations already incurred by the Player.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per household, IP address, device, or payment method unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or systematic exploitation of low-risk wagering strategies — will result in forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and may result in Account suspension.

All sports bets placed on the es77 platform are subject to the specific betting rules applicable to each sport, league, and market type, as published within the Platform. The following general betting rules apply across all markets:

• Bets are only accepted from registered and verified Players with sufficient real-money Balance to cover the stake at the time of placement.
• All odds are displayed at the time of bet placement and are subject to change prior to bet confirmation. The odds shown on the confirmed bet slip are final.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market. These are displayed at the point of bet placement and may vary by sport, event, and market type.
• In the event of an obvious error in the published odds (manifest error), es77 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the Player's Balance.
• Bets on cricket markets including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (BCB, BCCI, ICC).
• If an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific market rules. In-play bets on events already in progress at the time of abandonment may be settled on the result at the time of stoppage, subject to market-specific rules.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the Player and es77 shall be referred to binding arbitration. Each party shall bear its own costs in connection with any arbitration, unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its rights pending the outcome of arbitration.
